Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for returns and exchanges

  • If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns or exchanges for unused items only.
  • If the product you receive is defective upon delivery, damaged during shipping, or is different from the product you ordered, we will exchange or refund the product at our expense.
  • In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (due to differences in the product image, incorrect order, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Products that have been used once
  • Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence
  • Custom-ordered items, including one-of-a-kind items and engraved items

3. Return and exchange procedures

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Once the product arrives at our company, we will inspect it and issue an exchange or refund within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your card company. The refund period will be determined by the card company's regulations.
  • If you pay by bank transfer, the refund will be made to your designated account.
  • The refund amount may be the product price (tax included) minus shipping and handling fees (excluding initial defects).
